The Arc of Orleans County's PERKs (Proud of our Employees Recognition K(c)ommittee) team is proud to announce that Michele Batt has been named Employee of the Month for December 2010. Michele is very busy at Rainbow Preschool as a senior nurse, but took time during the month of December to organize the annual Angel Tree to ensure that the students would have gifts to open on Christmas. Michele had "elves" to help, but the majority of the organizational work fell to her - from the screening process, to the tracking of gifts, and finally the deliveries. Thank you, Michele, for overseeing the Angel Tree and making sure the children had an enjoyable Christmas! Congratulations!
