ROC THE DAY - December 8, 2011
The United Way of Greater Rochester is hosting a special online "Day of Giving" on December 8, 2011 from 12:00 am to 11:59 pm. You will be able to go to http://www.roctheday.org and donate to your favorite charity or charities.
If you are interested in donating to The Arc of Orleans County's Camp Rainbow you would choose The Arc of Orleans County. If you would like to give to the Meals on Wheels Program you would choose Meals on Wheels - The Arc of Orleans County.
You can truly make a difference in just one day.

POSITION: COMMUNITY LIVING ASSISTANT – REGULAR FULL TIME
REPORTS TO: ELAINE NEWTON – COMMUNITY LIVING MANAGER
LOCATION: WEST AVENUE - ALBION
DUTIES: Provides program participants with support and training in independent living skills, such as meal planning and preparation, home maintenance, money management, etc.
Qualifications: Good math & writing skills. Must have a valid NYS driver’s license. Experience preferred but not required. Must be willing to work various hours to include evenings, overnights & holidays.
STARTING RATE: Grade 5DC, STEP 1 - $8.52 per hour.

Genesee-Orleans Regional Arts Council Donation
A very special thank you goes out to GO ART for their donation of ten complimentary tickets to Annie being performed by the Lake Plains Players in October. Individuals served through our Family Support Services and Community Living had the opportunity to enjoy this wonderful show. It was a great show and was enjoyed by all!
