at the 2012 Signature Series |
The Arc of Orleans County is counting down the days until the 11th Annual Signature Series! We are so excited about this year's event and want to share it with you.
The event is being held at Hickory Ridge Golf & Country Club on Lynch Road, Holley, starting at 6:00 PM. The Medina Lions Club will be receiving the Legacy of Love Cornerstone Award.
As always we have our wonderful Silent & Chinese Auctions, Reverse Raffle, and delicious (and filling) grazing buffet, plus much more! Mrs. Bonnie Heck and her daughter, Lindsey, will be entertaining us with their piano playing throughout the night. And at the end of the night, we have guitarist Mr. Paul Killian performing for us.
We also have a quilt raffle and a very special Walt Disney World Raffle that are new to the event this year. See below for more information on these two raffles. You don't have to attend to win these raffles, but with such a great event, we know you'll want to be there!

"Historical Highlights Through Our Eyes" - Day Habilitation's Quilt
To Be Raffled Off At Signature Series
Several months ago, The
Arc's Day Habilitation group made a beautiful quilt (see photo, right) that was
made possible through grant funding from GO-Art! The quilt "Historical
Highlights Through Our Eyes" includes photos of historic buildings and sites in
Orleans County (Orleans County Courthouse, Culvert Road Bridge, the former
Medina High School, to name a few.)
The quilt will be raffled
off at the Signature Series, with proceeds to benefit the Day Habilitation
program. Tickets to win this beautiful quilt are just $1 each, three for $2, or
ten for $5. Contact The Arc's Community Relations Department for tickets - 122
Caroline Street, Albion, or phone 585-589-5516. You do not need not be present
to win.
