                                VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
POSITION:  PHYSICAL THERAPIST OR PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT 
PART TIME II-UP TO 20 HRS/WK
LOCATION:  RAINBOW PRESCHOOL – ORLEANS & GENESEE COUNTY
Duties: Plans, organizes, directs and controls a program directed at the design and implementation of individual physical therapy sessions for each child that are adaptable to home and classroom use.
Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.  NYS Physical Therapist license.  Three (3) years experience performing physical therapy in early childhood preferred OR  Physical Therapy Assistant degree.  NYS certified.  A minimum of two years experience providing physical therapy services is required for PTA to deliver services in home.  Must have good administrative, interpersonal, organizational, oral and written communication skills. Ability to interact with people at all organizational levels; an aptitude for directing and motivating people is required.  Must be able to lift up to 40 pounds.
PHYSICAL THERAPIST - $35,700 Annual Base Rate    $22.67/Hour plus $40 for graduate credit hours up to 36.
PHYSICAL THERAPIST ASSISTANT - $28,419 Annual Base Rate $13.66/Hour
