VACANCY ANNOUNCEMENT
POSITION:   COTA OR OT PART TIME  APPROXIMATELY 20-25 HR/WK 
REPORTS TO:  KELLY GIFALDI - OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST 
LOCATION:  RAINBOW PRESCHOOL - BATAVIA
DUTIES: Provides occupational therapy services within guidelines of NYS & AOTA, based on goals determined by a registered occupational therapist.  Writes progress reports and communicates regularly with teachers & parents.
QUALIFICATIONS: NYS CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT CERTIFICATION OR OT,  PHYSICALLY ABLE TO LIFT AND CARRY 40 POUNDS IN ORDER TO CARRY CHILDREN & EQUIPMENT.
STARTING SALARY:  GRADE 21 - $15.37/HR FOR COTA
    OT STEP 1-$22.67
