POSITION: COTA/OTR - PART TIME CATEGORY I – 25 HRS/WK


REPORTS TO: CAROLE FOURNIER - OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST


LOCATION: RAINBOW PRESCHOOL - ALBION


DUTIES: Provides occupational therapy services within guidelines of NYS & AOTA, based on goals determined by a registered occupational therapist. Writes progress reports and communicates regularly with teachers & parents.


QUALIFICATIONS:

NYS CERTIFIED OCCUPATIONAL THERAPY ASSISTANT CERTIFICATION. PHYSICALLY ABLE TO LIFT AND CARRY 40 POUNDS IN ORDER TO CARRY CHILDREN & EQUIPMENT.


STARTING SALARY: GRADE 21 - $15.07/HR FOR COTA
OT/1 – 22.22/HR FOR OT PLUS $40.00/CREDIT HOURS UP TO 36.
