The successful candidate must have strong fiscal, program and managerial skills with knowledge of New York State regulations and a strong commitment to the principles of inclusion and current trends. Qualified candidates will minimally possess a Master's Degree in Special Education, Social Work, Health Care Administration or in a related field, with ten years experience in that field as well as five additional years in related high level administration.
