Chuck Eaton, Vocational Training Assistant with The Arc of Orleans County, has been named March 2011 Empoyee of the Month. Chuck has been with the Supported Employment Department since December 2010. He has had a lot to learn being a fairly new employee. Chuck has carried a big caseload as well as been the support person for two enclaves and a mobile crew. One of the mobile crew supervisors was out on medical leave for eight weeks and the other Supported Employment staff were assigned to cover this temporary vacancy. Chuck volunteered to do early morning transports for two individuals we serve so that his co-workers wouldn't have to. This kindness was very much appreciated by his co-workers and the people we serve. Thank you, Chuck, for going above and beyond!
