• No text except the theme listed above will be permitted on the design!

Submissions may be in the form of an original drawing or computer generated image in either black & white or any color combination.

Submissions must be submitted on 8 1/2" by 11" white paper only.

Submissions must be returned to The Arc of Orleans County's Community Relations Department no later than Monday, October 1st.

Entries not following the guidelines above will be disqualified!
