September 11, 2013 Marked The United Way of Orleans County's Day of Caring

The United Way of Orleans County commemorated September 11th by giving back to the community. The Arc of Orleans County was one of the lucky agencies that had volunteers supplied by the United Way and Baxter Healthcare. The volunteers worked at four of our sites. They painted, power washed, weeded flower beds, built a patio and walkway and much more!

A very special thank you goes out to everyone at the United Way of Orleans County, Baxter Healthcare, Jim Babcock, the staff that assisted at each site, and the following volunteers: Matt Perez, Lisa Testa, Sue Prohn, Joe Rosenbeck, Tim Dunn, Michele Chatfield, Sue Garunder, James Weaver, Wally Gilbert, Donna Maynard, Pat Eckerd, Sue Miller, Janie Hansel, Rahema Quddus, Norm McDonald, Ashely Cecchini, Heather Weaver, Robin Smith and Carey Kavalich.
