“Getting Healthy, Staying Healthy” is the Recreation Department's theme for 2013. Thanks to grant funding from NYSARC several of the individuals served by The Arc are well on their way to a healthier 2013.
Through the NYSARC grant, The Arc's Recreation Department was able to purchase gym memberships to Albion Fitness Center for two groups. The staff at Albion Fitness Center have gone that extra mile to assist individuals with knowledge of gym equipment, safety procedures and personal exercise routines.
Thank you Albion Fitness Center and NYSARC for assisting in a healthier lifestyle for many of the individuals served by The Arc!
