POSITION:OPERATIONS/MARKETING/MAINTENANCE MANAGER
REGULAR FULL-TIME – 40 HRS/WK
REPORTS TO: KELLY ANSTEY-DIRECTOR OF VOC SERVICES
LOCATION:  ORLEANS ENTERPRISE – WASHINGTON STREET, ALBION
DUTIES:  Plans, organizes, manages and controls production and    marketing operations for the Orleans Enterprises Program.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Extensive knowledge of manufacturing and marketing typically acquired through the attainment of a Bachelors’ Degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Finance is required. Five years experience in manufacturing or marketing environments, including two years of supervision are required.  Ability to deal with people at all organizational levels.  Good administrative, analytical, organizational, problem solving, social assessment and oral and written communication skills are required.  Extended hours and local travel are required.
STARTING RATE: Grade M4 DC1 $31,523
